What are activity collections?
Simply put, our activity collections are two sets of activities that are based on different vehicles.
I wanted to find a way for us to become more efficient as an organisation without having an impact on the overall experience we delivered. When I first started I had time between events to load our single van, these days were much busier and we have 2 vans and 2 climbing walls out most days in the summer.
In past years we’ve had to swap activities from vans in the middle of the night in car parks and service stations, go back to base unnecessarily or turn away bookings we may have been able to do.
By breaking our offering into two collections (which are kept on different vehicles) we can work much more efficiently which benefits our customers because we can keep our prices down as much as possible and it means we get to sleep a little longer each night.
Not all of our activities are in a core collection and can be added on without much fuss. Just ask!
